Need crst lead driver asap

    I have a few years driving in the army and had to complete the school in cedar rapids. Ive been sitting for a week and still dont have a lead. Ive been getting the run around from the office it seems. Im not sure if it's just bad timing with leads all being out right now. Auto only and from FL. Im a normal guy and dont want to be best friends just need to pass the 21 days.

    Sorry about your troubles. It’s been years since I was a lead driver over there. I hope good fortune finds you. If you have a cdl in hand, you can always jump to where the lead drivers are aplenty just to get your time in, or you can wait.
    That’s the name of our industry, hurry up and wait.

    R you sitting in Cedar Rapids in Motel 6 ? Or at home in Fla ? Are they paying your food and Motel bill ? What's the runaround you talk about ? Possibly it's the auto tranny only. Good luck....:biggrin_25517:

    Cedar Rapids at the training center, they charge $60 a day every day I am here. They probably didn't rely on almost the whole class passing lol. As for food....gotta take the magnesium citrate to stay normal ha! Got a word that its being worked on in the office in Ohio...

    I wonder when they got an office in Ohio, and where? Just thinking out loud.
    Cedar Rapids has a dormitory for new drivers/students. At least they did.
    Charging you to share a room with 3 other people isn’t cool. They should at least feed you. Or let you do an hourly duty thing to get paid while you sit.

    Yeah im fat lazy, and a DAYCABBER, but no been there done that, and i pity crst drivers, benn hoping they get shut down. The hiring practices are shamful
