Got my CDL in 2019 and drove for a major carrier and crashed first time ever in snow. Now it's on my DAC and driverfax. Was only out 3 weeks OTR after training and was fired. Got interest from TransAm but they say that after 90 days of no work they can't consider me. Now looking to find some work but being that I'm in FL with zero experience and a stained history every company closes their door in front of me. Please any advice will help. I spent allot to get my CDL and it ended so fast. Any suggestions?

Apply for "driver helper" position. This company won't hire you as a driver yet, but you'll be on the payroll and running the roads with an experienced driver for awhile. Be sure to say you're interested in the "driver helper" position.

And park in bad weather next time until you are a bit more seasoned and can handle that rig like the back of your hand.
Don't let a carrier push you to go when you know better.
