Need help choosing a School in Baltimore

I actually went to AllState for HVAC so I know exatly what goes on there.9000 and 6 months is too long and to much in my opinion. I understand you need as much training as possible and u must respect the profession but I believe i can successfuly obtain my cdls without going to school, but they say its hard to get a job without going to school.
