    But why arent the stop engine and check engine indicator lights coming on???

    Could be several things. Do you know how to "Activate outputs" in CAT ET? i would also check for faults while your connected.

    Im still learning to use cat et...just bought it. Lol but i cleared the active and stored codes. None were electrical in nature: engine over speed, low coolant, etc

    How do i activate outputs?

    Sounds like that could be useful.

    Performed injector solenoid test. All 6 checked good. Also monitored cranking rpm and tps min/max. Also did cooling fan test.

    The ecm appears to be working. But the lights on the dash still will not come on...the red stop light nor the yellow CEL.

    you say your ET connects to the ecm correct ? If so go into status Section and check if it reads any ENgine RPM while cranking ? if it doesnt there will be a active Code or event and it will likly say Injection disabled if this was the Case

    I wouldn't be so concerned about check engine light not coming on.
    If you are connected with ET you can verify everything is working and should start.
    Do you have good fuel pressure and air purged?

    Going to check cranking fuel pressure today.

    Replaced the block off plate with a new habd primer on the filter housing.

    Will report baxk with psi readings asap
