Checked it. Seems kind of dirty. So I will clean it. But I see fuel filled up to the top at the center as described in the picture. As for priming points. I don't have those. They are just bolts. The hole at the bottom of the filter housing seems to not be plugged and looks free of debris.
I'll try to send a picture once I downsize it.

 

I proceeded to clean housing, ensure the port at the bottom was not clogged and put it back together. Primed the living s#@& out of it. Still nothing. I thought that housing should be completely full of fuel when I take the cover off?

 

You need a fuel primer for this and even then its a ##### to do. even though you are seeing fuel to injectors doesnt mean you have proper pressure all you need is a fuel primer the easy way i have done this is take a yard sprayer for weeds and adapt a compucheck fitting at the end fill up the sprayer with fuel and just start pumping. it will work not perfect like the actual fuel primer tool that i have in the shop but will get job done.

 

Lol I'll see what I can come up with. Simply for the adapter to connect to the primer port, I'll have to run to Freightliner for it. (100 miles away). So I might as well get a legit primer kit so I know it's done right for sure. I don't mind buying tools. They never go bad.

 

true and you definately need this i can get you the tool number i dont think frl will have it in stock since it's not a freightliner tool but dd i will find part numeber for you i dont know if frl will even have the compu check fitting.

Oh wow. Hahaha. It really is a big sprayer. Do you by chance know where I can get just the connector? I called freightliner and other shops in town and they don't have it so I might have to revert to the interwebs for this one.
Does the connector look like a quick connect that's maybe... Half inch in diameter? Because that's what I have on my housing.

I'm definitely gonna save some money and build my own. I can get a bug sprayer and a hose barb/threaded adapter at my local hardware store. So I'm gonna order the Kent Moore fitting asap. Again, I can't thank you enough. I will get back on here and let you know the verdict.
