You might have a different Phase version which wouldn't come with those ports. At any rate, you need to prime prime prime! I would do like what was suggested and get a nice weed sprayer with good diesel and adapt it to hook up to your fuel module while someone is cranking it and pump the sprayer constantly. It definitely sounds like there is still air in your system. The hand primer on the fuel module takes like 300 - some odd pumps. But thats only if fuel is up to that point!
We primed weeeeelll over 300 times. We also tried to hand prime while cranking but the pressure was to strong to push it down... Isn't that a sign of fuel pressure and fuel in the system?
the only problem with the sprayers was that the o rings inside werent made from fuel and they eventually go bad but it's a life saver specialy with cascadias you have no idea how many poeple would look at me funny when i would pull that #### out to prime the system and when it would start they would be like what the #### a 20 dollar bug sprayer does the job. but in chicago is a life save when trucks freeze put some diesel 911 and diesel mix in a sprayer and keep it warm start the truck in a matter of minutes no matter how frozen it is.
Oh ya, I have an oring kit that'll work with fuel so I'll just swap it out. I'm trying to see if a local store has the fitting first before I order it online. Meanwhile .. still trying to hand prime it.
Ordered my fitting and overnighted it. Should have it by tomorrow! See if that's not the problem. I honestly don't know what else it could be.
Glad to hear everyone is leaning towards just air in the system and not something worse.... I already owe a mechanic $400 for just showing up and to figuring out what I already know ....
