Lol I wish. Not where I'm at. I'm in no man's land. I had a mechanic come out to help, he couldn't figure the problem out either. He was supposed to charge me $400 because that was the minimum charge to come look at it. I think he forgot so now I'm only 120 bucks in the hole for the coupling, shipping, and pump.
I paid for over night shipping on Saturday and I have yet to receive if.... Smh. -
I hope y'all have some other ideas.... I've pumped two gallons in and the #### thing doesn't even hickup. Am I just feeding the fuel tank through the return lines? This is just ridiculous now.
-
Do you all know if the injectors could have became damaged by simply unplugging the harness when the batteries were still hooked up? I've pumped over three gallons in now and I know the system doesn't take that much. Starting to wonder if it's something else
-
I have disconnected injector harnesses many times without disconnecting batteries. no problems happened.

Okay. I'm wondering if the pressure limiting valve(#8 in the diagram) is stuck open or something. I see it on the diagram but I don't physically know where it's located or else I'd check.
-
no codes, does not start, hmmm....clutch switch ?
-
Truck can start with clutch either in or out.
-
Does anybody know where the fuel limiting pressure valve is? I think there is a check valve stuck that is just pushing fuel back into the tank and it's totally bypassing the engine. I checked the valve below the main fuel filter and inbetween the two brown hoses on the fuel filter housing. It seems fine. But I'm wondering where the check valve is that's connected to the common rail.
-
Also... Just pulled the bajo bolt on the common rail that's located just aft of cylinder 6 injector line and absolutely no fuel came out. Not a drop. Is that normal if the system is running right?
