Ask yourself: Why did I hit the tree? Why did I rollover? There may not be an excuse, but there is a reason.
I would think about doing some other type of work. Trucking is not a video game where you press a button and get another truck. Someone has to pay for the damage and repairs. Until you fail a drug test or kill someone in a crash there is always a company somewhere willing to hire a driver no matter how bad their record my be. That doesn't mean they are a company you would want to work for. What makes you think you won't have another accident soon?
If you are asking about driving jobs, the people usually work for companies that pay so little or treat drivers so poorly the company can afford high insurance costs or the company isn't well insured. Just because you want a job doesn't mean there is a good job waiting for you. Being hungry doesn't mean there has to be a good cheap restaurant nearby. You can try working for some 1099 company that will tell you great things before you start, give you something completely different after you start, and steal your money or find excuses to take money from your expected income because of numerous rules you didn't know about.
me not wanting to be in a situation like this again is what will deter me. Anything can happen at anytime but if I thought about the “what if” like that I would of not put so much blood, sweat and time into this in the first place. I move forward because for me this is the only path that I see I can use for a better life for myself.
i hit the tree because I needed a safe place to slide my tandems but overestimated the amount of space I needed to make the turn. I didn’t look ahead on the map and I didn’t get out and look I rollovered because I went on a restricted road. My other option was to call the police but I have an extreme fear of police officers especially in areas like Indiana I’m not making excuses I know I messed and I fully know what I need to do to ensure I make sure it doesn’t happen again. That doesn’t mean that I think I should give up on this especially when getting this license was so difficult and long for me to get
From what companies told me and my own research it’s either 1 year safe driving or 3 years for the roll over to be off my record
