need help load abandonment!

Here's reality:

Hire Right (AKA 'DAC') is still smarting from having to pay out lots of cash as a result of losing a suit against them related to failure to abide by the FCRA rules that regulate their operation.

My guess is that if anyone uses the FCRA rules to challenge any information in their file, they will move to remove that information from their records post-haste. It's no longer worth it to them to keep any information that someone challenges. Just an educated guess, mind you.

There are plenty of companies that don't subscribe to Hire Right's services, so even if the company tarnishes your Hire Right file and can manage to make it stick in the face of a FCRA challenge, it will never see the light of day with those companies.
