I don’t understand how everyone goes threw my insurance when everyone should have kept a distance from the car in front of them

 

I got 4 months till I turn 21 and then 1 more till accident is a year old just feels like it’s forever thanks for the advice

 

I mean I’ve never in my life got a ticket for anything first accident ever and there all related every car in the accident where related to each other it’s not a excuse it’s what happened have u been to Houston I just got rear ended the other day everyone is in a rush and the amount of people with no insurance and license is crazy

 

My insurance’s adjuster got switched like 10 times when I called him he didn’t even know they where all related or looked at there driving history’s I was like they been in a lot of accidents before this then he looked it up when I told him that he looked it up and said they been in 2 and he said the claims are already being paid and I should of called him before cause he wouldn’t of paid them that fast but I told the adjuster before him that it’s like they don’t really care about u cause there so busy and then I told them that the cop didn’t take my statement and didn’t give them tickets for no insurance or no license it doesn't take a genius to realize there a bias cop

 

I’ve tried to contact lawyers they don’t really care they just want to take on injury claims how did this become a discussion about my accident when it’s about what I should do in trucking I get how most people wouldn’t believe it but it didn’t happen to u so u wouldn’t understand it’s like people never heard of insurance fraud truckers deal with it the most
