The MVR isn't the only record of the crash. IF A
The MVR of all drivers involved IS NOT the only record of the crash. IF ANY INSURANCE CO PAID MONEY CLAIMS EVERY INSURANCE CO HAS A RECORD OF THE CRASH AND WHO GOT MONEY AND WHO PAID MONEY.

One of the best ways to not have a career in trucking is lie on your job application. ALMOST every trucking company will fire you for lying on their job application even if what you did was not going to have prevented you from getting hired if the company knew about it.
If the company asks have you been involved in any accidents in the last 5 years, and you have but answer No, you will be fired when they learn about it from their insurance company or a routine check of records every year. The company may have an ability to hire drivers with only one unpreventable accident in 5 years, which would have allowed them to hire you. When they find out, you will be fired. If they want to be nice, they will wait until you are back at the terminal or home. If they have to be strict, you may be out of the truck right now, no matter where you are at, and it's on you how to get home with your stuff.

Answer only the exact question asked on the job application. NEVER LIE on the job application. You are new, you have no idea all of the databases and records insurance companies can see. The more strict you are about following rules, whether you agree with those rules or not, the less you have to worry about what records anyone anywhere has about you. If you follow this super strict rule for years you never have to worry about any questions on any application. This is why it is super important to NOT have wrecks, not have incidents, not play right on the very edge of illegal or wrong and depend on good luck for a happy life. Being square like a boy scout feels like wearing a starightjacket until you start to see the benefits of a clean record and reputation for good performance.

MVR shows all accidents. Usually if the police file a report or insurance companies pay it will be on MVR regardless of CDL or not.

If you tell a lawyer the same story you told here, any halfway decent scumbag lawyer would terminate your conversation. Why? You were the one who apparently went pinballing through traffic bouncing off other cars. If you were a truck driver, at least two people would be dead.

If you really plan to actually be a decent driver, you HAVE TO change the way you drive. First accident, no tickets yadda yadda yadda…BAM ! 4 car pileup. And you can’t figure out what’s wrong?

Yes, any company with insurance will eventually see your crash. If you lie about that crash because you think just not showing up on MVR means you are safe, you will be fired when the company learns you lied on your application. Good luck getting a job with a crash history AND terminated from CDL job recently. Time heals these wounds, lying infects the scars and will haunt you long after a healthy wound would have healed. You can get away with being sneak on rare occasions, the smaller the event the better, and when your story is as close to the truth as possible. Not lying is the better option. The fact you are persistently considering lying suggests to me you haven't learned the lesson and are not mature enough now. Maybe I'm mistaken. I had a bad start before trucking and before that I tried gaming the system and often got away with something small. It will catch up to you and the price is worse than just waiting for a legitimate chance done the right way. Being young doesn't mean you have to cut corners and cheat the system, but it is very common for young people to think that. That's one reason insurance costs on young drivers is high. If they think you are unpredictable and made bad decisions, don't prove them right. Prove them wrong. Once your reputation is great then you might have a great chance to get away with one small to medium "misunderstanding" with no witnesses. Or so I have heard.

BTW, you should talk to as many scumbag lawyers as you can. It might prevent them from being able to represent one of the other motorists.
