need help ny hut permit

    i paid a insurance company to do my irp and my nm ky and ny permits. there is a problem when getting the ny permit they are saying the previous owner of the truck has discrepencies and asked me if i can get in contact with him i said no so now they said i can do something called buyer beware program they said they gonna call me in 48 hours and give me a total of what i gotta pay. and i might need to do a pick up there on wednesday anyone no what is going on and how much i gotta pay

    I would love to hear the outcome of this. I had one time not filed my hut for a year and they through on 10000 in fines. All I had to do was go in and file the late reports and pay the $50 late fee for all 4 quarters.
