Small update: I just found out that TransAm doesn't run reports until you get to orientation.

 

True Transam doesn't run anything until your there. Also true transam doesn't care about your background and will hire you unless u got a fatily on your record. When I was with them there was alot of felons in my orientation I felt out of place has hell. Your fire hydrant accident is nothing

I did 11months with them just left them in February. I was going to give them a solid year but dispatch pissed me of so I just said f it n quit

Yes I did. With a smaller outfit (200 trucks) named Butler Transport. Been here about 2 months, went solo on Halloween.
