Need help, picking a job....

Tankers has had me blind-side maybe 10 or 20% of my backs where dry van I may have blind-side backed 5 times in 20 years. Not all tanker customers are to/from 50 year old facilities with no spce, but chemical/HazMat customers are often very tight.

 

Low pay isn't that bad, not with a Large Car. You can always flip on the jake brake in the truck stop to try and compensate.

IDK, you want to try tanker, I would just for that.

 

This indecision's buggin' me.

Don’t get overconfident it can bite you quick

 

Make sure you carry extra clamps and screwdriver for them in the cab for the size hoses you carry. Once in a while the railroad track might slide along your pipe and take it off at the clamp. This would be more for bulk tankers dry of the type used to haul cement etc.
