That's actually a schematic and not a wiring diagram. There is an important difference. Schematic shows how the electrical system works from an electronics perspective, but gives no real info about the wiring itself. A wiring diagram would show such information as what wires are routed where, what connections they go through, the specific pins in that connection that they are and usually the color of the wire used. Some will even give the gage of the wire used.
Schematics are focused on showing how all the electronics work together. Wiring diagram shows how it was physically made so you can trace things out. Trust me, as an electronics technician, it is quite difficult to understand how an electrical system works from a wiring diagram. Schematics are needed. But, if you're actually working on the thing, you also need that wiring diagram to find what you need. So, both are basically essential.
My guess is your confusion is you need a wiring diagram more than you need just a schematic.
I have no idea how to find the wiring diagram, but my guess is that's what you need to look for.

Then12 volt comes in on the top left side where it says accessory relay. Those little upside down triangles are ground connections of some sort.

Yes. I just do not remember that set up in Fords. Lots of KWs were that way.

Thanks very much, as long as I’ve been doing this electrical makes me feel like a beginner every time. I understand it now, turns out I had a bad accessory relay under the dash
