need help with 1999 3406E 2WS

    I have Pete 389 Glider 1999 3406E 2ws 550 CAT

    I planning to Tune it to 650/2050tq Yes i do have heavy haul drive-line to handle the tq
    Whats the safes HP for 550 3406E 2ws ? with stock hardware, I heard something about that Cat dont like turbo boost more then 30 PSI, is it true ? cause if i Tune it it will be up to 40 PSI

    please help me who had experience with this

    turbo is not the biggest thing for me I can Upgrade if need it, its more about the engine it self that Im thinking whats the Max safe HP it can handle (awcores I understand it will still shorten engine life by lit )

    Hang a Borg on the side and give her the beans. I wouldn't be scared to turn it up to 700 horse, I'm about ready to try it on my 6TS.

    It can handle 700hp no problem. But here is something to think about. Hp increase decreases the life of the motor. The engine was built for 550, I would leave it where it is
