See what just happened? Two posters are now saying you are back peddling. In your original post, you say that the truck was 100% at fault. Why do you say that, because he hit you? That's not automatically the case. Everyone was in agreement that you were illegal because your insurance lapsed. Now you're talking about miracles. Isnt that amazing?

You know whether or not you've paid your auto insurance. You now say that your insurance company is taking care of it. Taking care of what?

The primary reason you started this post was because you were involved in an accident with no insurance and you don't know how to proceed. You still don't know procedure, which puts your miraculous insurance into question as to whether or not miracles really happen, or you're trying to escape from some of the heat...aka back peddling. I think we know the answer to that, don't we?

Dang got a copy of the police report in the email. It just said he made an improper turn. Thanks for the "help" guys. The problem with these boards or truckers in general is that you guys are I think slow and not too helpful I don't know so I got a copy called his companies "FAB EXPRESS" and a claims person is already on it then I have to defend myself to you guys when its not even that big of a deal. Not trying to get him fired no money I just wanted to go home then you smart guys talking about my driving record when that doesn't even matter I only been driving semis a little over two years now and I bet I'm safer then a lot of you again thanks for the "help"

    There are none so deaf
As those who will not see.

You can lead a blind horse to water
But you can't get him to smell the coffee brewin'
On the greener side of the fence.

    Or, .... sumthin' like that.
    Memory
    Second thang to go
    don't'cha know.

Bigwuz, I wish things turn out for the better for you; I'm glad to see that actually your insurance didn't lapse. Please post how your situation turns out as I would like to know.

I think some coherent English along with sentence structure and proper punctuation, would have made this an easier thread to read and fully understand..

Trucker61016, o2bnkc and Wolfyinc Thank this.

So the cops email police reports now? I was always under the assumption you get a copy of the report then and there from the officer, at least this was always the case for myself...
