Albertaflatbed and Oxbow Thank this. -
I am in the same position. Wondering if my truck will pull tankers. 07 386 cat C-15 475hp 10speed 336 rear ratio.
Going to be in florida only. All Flat. Truck empty weighs 18k and full 8k jetA or diesel that has to be like 56k then the trailer.
When I pulled my Reefer trailer. I pulled some 79800 weight.
You think the pete 386 c-15 475hp 10speed 336 rears will work for this?
plus anyone have any suggestions for a better truck to move these heavy loads?
I have found some deleted trucks at a bargain and some non-deleted newer 2018-2019 at a really great price too.
I do believe I would like to stay away from the Dpf DEF nonsense and have the 1995-2007 models.
Any suggestions will be welcomed -
If you are just running in Florida you can only gross 80,000 lbs anyway unless you are running with some special permit so you will be OK.

Perfect
Thanks
I was wondering if this truck will move this kind of load
Since truck prices are relatively low in pricing now.
Any recommendations for buying a truck with better fuel economy that can Pull tanker loaded full diesel or jetA, AvGas
