    So I opened my MC/DOT and after almost a year they come with an audit.
    What can I do? I only opened the DOT/MC, paid the insurance but never operated under my new authority. I don't have logs, drug test or anything else.
    Please advise, thanks!

    Can't audit what isn't happening, tell them you have not started operations and see what they say.

    They don't want to waste their time.

    Most of this is done remotely, you send in what they want and you have bumpkus to send.
