Hello people, i was wondering if someone here could help me with a doubt, do i need to watch training videos because my owner send me classroom to make some training videos every two weeks.

Yes.....watch the videos..the "owner" is paying you money to do it. We all have had to watch training videos at one point or another. Watch the vids, then tell us what you've learned, maybe try to learn us a lil somethin' lolKnucklehead, Eddiec, Lonesome and 1 other person Thank this.

my company(swift) has us watch an assigned vid for the monthly bonus.
then knce jn awhile i get a assigned video to watch for whatever reason -

That is the best part of it, coffe a breakfast from dennys or something like that, i just wanted to know if it is a CSA or FMCSA mandatory.

Carriers are required to have a safety program for its drivers. I have one that I do online every now and then. Also get a safety dvd monthly to watch and get signed off on.
The one I do online is boring for the most part but have also learned a few things that surprised me.
Sounds like your employer is doing things right.
