Mostly hazmat waste, but we also haul bulk product. Tankers, roll-offs, dry vans, isos, you name it.

Hazmat is the only company worth working for in that area. And they haul paint and other products. That yard has the most work out of any hazmat terminal. Pay is 52cpm

We are getting a raise at the end of the month. 2 cents more/mile. 10 bucks more on layover. And +one dollar/hour.
    Very nice. :)

The only problem with tanker is the waiting-to-get-loaded thing. Waiting 2,3, even up to 5 hours or more isn't uncommon. Make sure you get paid for wait time. Many companies, especially those based near the Petroplexes like Houston, force you to give the rack 2 hours free waiting. NO THANKS.

    You talking about gasoline?
I haven't heard of chemicals or dry bulk with wait times like that.

I get demurage it's fine after 2 hours. Not the best, but better than I did as a flat.
