    If I was you I go to a weight station drop it off leave a note for the next guy they try to screw over.
    call the receiver and let them know what's going on then last but not least call the company and let them now everything and tell them where its at and leave.
    Second thing I would do is look for a place I could rent a car, drive home and look for the next job

    And I don't know if you can get a abandonment with a oos that they refuse to fix

    I'm sure you figured out by now why the truck got abandoned.

    Oregon probably got the other driver for violation & that's why it was abandon.

    I think you should try and sue the company when this is over. For what? I don’t know. They are very bad people.

    That is ridiculous! Run far away from that mess before you have way worse on your record than a vehicle abandonment.
