You have an unlicensed CMV on your inspection report. You can/should dispute any entry on your DAC record and DAC must submit your statement, if it meets their rules, to anyone seeking your DAC file. The rules for DAC/Hire Right are exactly the same rules as for a credit bureau (Equifax, TransUnion, etc). Don't exchange a bad DAC report for free room and board in jail. Just keep challenging any false entry on your DAC report until it is removed. DAC is NOT written in stone and protected by a Marine squad. Document everything and just follow the procedure to clean up any false DAC entries.

I don't know how to spot IFTA stickers that belong to the wrong company. But I also have never worked for a small company or one that has been in business less than 30 years. My 2nd company was older than the automobile. I think they started in 1890 something with wagons and horses. You don't have to be a Private Investigator, but don't hang out with shady people or trust a Russian boss.

I'd complete the trip if you are satisfied it's all legal, but I would leave the company ASAP.

A truck GPS is usually the driver's expense. The majority of companies advertising they have GPS are talking about the fantasy GPS included with the Qualcomm terminal and I'd trust smoke signals before I would follow the Qualcom GPS, I think it's called NaviGo.

Insurance paid for. Truck Company has a current certificate of insurance.
    Driver leaves Chicago with load.
Owner cancels policy unknown to driver.

Op if you continue with the load call the agent or company on the certificate to verify coverage.

For the company to have so many items wrong. Be very cautious.
It will be very expensive if you get caught with the same violations in the future.

Also you mentioned the owner said the receiver would pay you. Verify before you leave. If the load is brokered, I doubt you will see a paycheck upon delivery.

You might see a check, I doubt it will have your name on it.
    Good luck.
