I just bought a 2013 Kenworth T660 and I am getting interference on my cb every time my refrigerator cycles on! I can cut the refrigerator switch off when the compressor cycles on and the interference goes away! Any ideas on what I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

First find out if it's getting in thru the antenna wire or the power wire. When the fridge kicks on, disconnect the antenna wire and turn on the radio. If the noise is still there it's coming thru the power wire to the CB. Try a noise filter. If the noise goes away with the coax disconnected, then look at if your antenna is properly grounded. Also try the noise blanker on the radio.

Since it's a brand new truck, I'd have the dealer take a look at it. A brand new refrigerator shouldn't be making noise like that.

It sounds like the compressor motor may have a bad brush in it, and the motor could fail in the near future.
