Need help!

    Similar to what some others here have said, it's all about who u ask. A lot of smaller operations might not have a problem with it because the person who owns the company is probably the person that is doing the interviewing, training, dispatching and signing the checks and would feel comfortable taking the "perceived" risk of your situation. Personally, if I were still hiring company drivers, it doesn't sound like that big of a deal, as long as you perform and insurance was ok with it. Shop around, beat the bushes, talk to your friends, family, family's family, chances are you'll find someone worth while that's hiring.

    Otherwise the best way I would know how to get the needed experience is to turn to the AG industry, farmers, feedlots, custom harvest crews would all be likely sources that wouldn't have a problem hiring someone in your situation. May not be too glorious and a lot of work, but it will get you back in the game.
