    Sgt Wiley, Harris county (Houston). See if the county can put you in contact with him. He was my go to person when I was pulling big loads through that area regularly. This is of course if you need an police escort through the metro area.

    RR , Thanks I called 2 pilots I always use and ea one gave different info. I called the State , they said I dunno call the city, I called the city and haven been bounced around several times and still dont have an answer.
