There's probably another route. Anyway, all those gasoline stations you see need to get their tanks filled and the truck is the only way now. Years ago the refineries were on the riverfront so they could get tendered by water. Barges and ships would be bring crude right up to be refined. So most of your terminals will be near. If they are not, the terminals will be near a pipeline to receive product so look for the large above ground storage tanks and you'll find a terminal. Be real careful going in and be sure to check with a guard if one is there. Ask if you could see the terminal manager or someone that supervises the drivers. If they say no, just ask if you can come in and see that person to introduce yourself. If again they say no, go on to the next one.
