Hey Tonyroy! Welcome to the forum. I'm a wannabe so I don't know much about trucking companies except for what I've read, but, I did happen to meet a Celadon driver today.
I drive a school bus and took the drum line of the high school band to a competition today. On the way back we stopped at a rest area for the kids (and their driver) to take a bathroom break. There was a Celadon driver that had just gotten out of his truck about the time I got off the bus. I struck up a short conversation with him and from what he said he seemed happy to be with Celadon. Getting 2500 or so miles per week and he's looking for his safety bonus at the end of the month. Not much money in the bonus, but he earned it, and added to what he's made already, it really helps. Nice guy. Wish I'd had more time to talk with him.

And, he was neatly dressed, clean shaven and well-spoken. Good image!

 

While there is no one-size-fits-all, many drivers have been there since the mid 1980's. I wonder how many companies have the same driver satisfaction rate.
