Where did you see they have a terminal in California? The furthest west location listed on their website (not clear if it's an office or truck yard or what) is Laredo, TX. Based on the locations they list on their website, I'd guess the vast vast majority of their driving is east of the Mississippi

Also, you might want to check out their reviews page on TTR. At least a couple mention driver-facing cameras.
