Need Information from owner operators.

    Yes it should be no problem to make that running regional or local. what type of trucking are you looking at?? for local and regional the better rates seem to be in flatbed and bulk. how much driving experience do you have? I would get a few years driving experience before you buy a truck.

    Something seems fishy about the social security comment.

    Are you sure you're not paying self-employment tax? That IS social security.

    i would like to know about this as well....lol

    i wish i could not pay social security because there will probably no such thing by the time i hit retirement age. so i consider s/s money gone just like the rest of the taxes
