Yes it should be no problem to make that running regional or local. what type of trucking are you looking at?? for local and regional the better rates seem to be in flatbed and bulk. how much driving experience do you have? I would get a few years driving experience before you buy a truck.

Are you sure you're not paying self-employment tax? That IS social security.

 

Andyou KNOW that shipper is going to want that entire move paid for by you driver!!!! Tis the season for all the military claims!!(especially in your neck of the woods) Lol...Oh Lawd,I don't miss that

 

i would like to know about this as well....lol

i wish i could not pay social security because there will probably no such thing by the time i hit retirement age. so i consider s/s money gone just like the rest of the taxes
