    i have applied with both prime and millis. millis has called and emailed me and prime wont ever get back with me. i wana know which out of the two are better millis or prime?

    since im needing the exp. to get a better trucking job and my cdl which company is the best choice millis or prime? which trailer would make a new trucker more money? i hear flats are the way to go is this true? im just ready to get this #### done to start a better life style and i know most will say this wont be a better lifestyle but me and my wife agree that this is the way to go plus itll get me away from the ol ball and chain for awhile haha. no but really i want the best company to go with. ive got to make the right choice for myself and family. i have to get a solid career in the trucking world

    I was wondering if you knew any companies that would take an CDL drivers with under a year experience WITHOUT committment? That even might be willing to train WITH pay?

    How much experience under a year do you have? Check these 3 companies :

    Marten Transport (6 mos. OTR experience)
    Panther Expedite (no experience needed)
    Melton Truck Lines (3 mos. OTR experience)

    There are others; just do the research.

    i have none i have to get a cdl, i have experience driving tandems tho but im wanting to start a career in trucking. i figured millis or prime would be good companies to start with.

    You will be home for X-Mas. Training class in OH starts 01/26/2013. I believe Millis is dry van only, no flats, no hazmat, US only.
    If Millis calls you back and Prime doesn't, then it's a no brainer...

    PS: Galanflick, that is some horror CR Engl. story! 5 months!!!

    Thanks for the info folks. I heard a lot of bad stories about Prime...but the more I read the fewer I see.

    I've known Bill for 25 yrs or more I'm sure he told you the story about teaching Ohio Troopers to drive semis I was one of the instructors there with him,He is an excellent instructor.
