75k+ should be the standard. I agree! And to anyone interested in working pack up your truck and come on out and look for a gig the old fashion way. Quit lounge chair quarterbacking.

Just two years of driving. And some places take less than that. Check indeed.com for midland, and odessa, TX. but I've heard bad things about 1845, Brady Trucking, and Turtle & Turtle. I'm not sure if it's true as I've never worked for any of them. But supposedly they have several drivers quitting.

However there are now hiring drivers signs from Big Spring, TX all the way to Pecos, TX. Finding a job ain't hard. It's just who do you want to work for. And how can it work out best for you. I would go if I didn't have my current gig.

I'm waiting on an associate of mine to relay some bad Intel about Bridger to ad to the list. I will paste it as soon as he sends it to me.

I recently heard they got a new gig in OK. Haven't seen any of the trucks yet, but I think the source was reliable.

Does anyone have information hauling direct with their own operating authority instead of having to sign your truck under someone?

Unless you have a bunch of trucks to give, I'd say sign on under someone. Oilfield companies like to make one call for trucks, not 10 different owner operators.
