You may do better to go run somewhere a company driver for a bit. That way you have income, but you don't have to be at someone's mercy should anything crazy happen. You've clearly got a lot of debt so I'd advise to work for someone for awhile and pay that down before starting your business venture. It don't have to be long term, just a couple of months or so or whatever time it takes.

If you do not have money in the bank with the rates today you are doomed.
It's not how much you make it's about how much you keep.
I hope you get through this and learn from it.

I do hope all your debt is tied to your business and not you personally..

I get what your wanting to do, but at the same time one should not lose everything for a truck that is in the end.. disposable.

Your posting history is all over the place. You were trying to get back in last year. Now this week you said you were out 2 years and another said 3.5. Last year You said you never filed your 2017 return. Is this mess your in tied to that situation?

I think you should be looking for a way to get square with IRS before you start looking for fast cash. IRS will often take into consideration why you haven't filed and set up a payment program for you. The longer you wait the worse it could possibly be.
Also, don't lie to them or attempt to conceal assets. They've seen all the tricks.
Don't lie to us either. We've seen a lot, done a lot, and probably even screwed up a time or two. If you're not straight with us we can't help you.

There's a lot of guys here who have "been there done that" in the trucking business. Some have been in a financial pinch & some may have good advice for you. But personally, when I get in a financial pinch, I talk to my financial guys. Your banker may not be able to help you as in loaning you the money but "borrowing & loaning money.... finance" is his trade. I call my banker first and let him give me advice on where to go from him. See if he (or the bank) has an accountant or another line of financial professionals they can recommend that you go see. This is why they spend thousands of $ on a higher education. They cant 90 degree back a 70 ft rig between two long nose Pete's into a dock.... and you don't know finance. He may know of a way for you to go besides borrowing. Maybe he can steer you into re-organizing debt, etc.
Your personal banker is there to offer financial advice to you.... whether he can help you personally or not but, in his line of business, I'll bet he knows someone in the finance business/industry that he can refer you to that may save you a lot of headaches down the road by trying to figure this out on your own.

Bottom line, my advice is call your personal banker. Speak with him & see what advice he has for you. I mean, its what I do.
