The best thing to do is go to a private Training program, there are some companies that look for graduates and will take care of the loan payments (if you stay with them for 6 mos.). If you sign on with the major companies for training they will have you over a barrel. Schiner (orange trucks) has a good training program (I've heard) they are the only company that I have heard that can prepare you for winter driving. They have a special area that can help out in case of a winter type skid. Most companies only look at summer driving. Good Luck
