I also have 5 years of CDL A experience and it has been very difficult to find an employer that will hire you within the return of duty process. The process is very discouraging and I will be watching this form for any updates. But
if I do find anything, I will be sure to post it on this forum But Good luck!

 

The SAP is a farce, after the original screw up, a driver stresses, take bs job done all the hoop jumping, AA, group counseling solo counsel,SAP counsel, just when your ssick and tired of it all , mine hoop jumping and ### kissing took about 5 months, here you do everything request imaginable, all the results of my own doing, after everything that's supposed to rehabilitate you on fmcsa side, then you got to deal with these insurance companies who don't give a ####, your losing money ,family members,friends, hell even a little self respect . They steal ...any hope

you may have held, that you'd be driving soon look completed my rehabilitation!!!!! They wheel their power and deny you a minimum of 5 years, insurance has way to much control, just a rant , sorry folks
