need some advice - finding a co driver

    Been with may for five years.i have only ran teams and i need to find a co driver..but i am finding that to be harder than i thought... Anyone have any suggestions..

    Find someone that lives close to you, has simular interest and wants to make as much as you. Then spread the word at the different terminals by posting wanted notes.

    Did you try any of the CDL schools? Thats how I hired my co driver. he had to do the 14 days or whatever the solo test but we are teaming now

    So, looks like you have to run a team operation to make a l/o or o/o work at May, eh? You aren't 1099ing your team driver, are you?
