well looks like right now I am leaning to doing it through company paid training, and looking at either Schnieder or Roehl, but for some reason I cant seem to get to Roehls page at the moment so i can do more research, http://www.roehldriver.com seems to be a parked page and cant find any other page for them... so time will tell.
