Now’s not the time to change. Ride it out where you are. Stability is the most important thing now. Companies in Canada are shedding O/O like a husky’s fur in summer. 3/4 of a million class 1 drivers without a job.

those jobs are in the $28-35 a hr range and there’s some who are union . The big problem is getting hired on with just Az tractor trailer experience . no mater how many years you have they all want experience related to their industry. Especially Roll off everyone wants 1-2 years experience. those type of jobs do pay we’ll compared to the $22-27 pulling a dryvan or reefer -
