Davidson county community college...the course is at the davie campus right there in mocksville.....I'm going there now and the program is top-notch.....8 weeks and I paid $854.....they teach alot more than just the basics to get the cdl...they teach you to drive and be able to handle the rig in a safe and professional manner.....range exercises until you're sick of them and can do them with your eyes closed and on the road from the first week......they also are certified dmv examiners so no trips to the dmv for the skills test.....about 20 companies that recruit from there....the usuals you want to stay away from but some smaller ones i hadn't heard and checking them out sound like they're a little better than the pumpkin, swift and....well, you already know the list of bfi's.....definately worth looking into i've been impressed and well worth the money....next classes start in august but you have to try and get in early
