Pull into a weigh station with his truck pull around back, tell the DOT officer it is a highway hazard and walk away, dont give him your info, your license or anything. Just walk away, Then when he goes to pickup his truck the DOT will nail him not you! He probally doesnt report to DAC so no need to worry about that.

Yesterday I have reported this company and they lady stated that she is going to forward it to her supervisor and they will get a FHP on this ASAP. Hopefully they catch the drunk owner behind the wheel. From what I heard he has been driving the rigs like that several times.

I will also be calling the number and to get a follow up.

I need information on TMC transportation in their drug testing policy and also need information on McElroy drug testing policy and both of these companies do a hair test if so how many days do they go back how far back do they go please help
