Need some insight with height.

    Other than the fact that looks like somewhat of a backyard hitch install rather than using the proper taller base legs I would probably just leave it alone. Not likely to get you in trouble unles you’re hauling that bed bugger in to Brooklyn or Chicago (hopefully not lol)

    I wouldn't worry about clearing bridges if you are not over that 13'6" mark. But if your are bedbugging you will be trimming a lot of trees with it so the lower the better. Not something critical that has to be done now but if you get an opportunity to get it lowered I would do it.
    When I was running tall rubber and was and actual 13'6", I had my CB antenna mounted so the antenna would hit at 13'6.5.
