I know this thread is a bit old but I just came across it.
Are you driving for Food Lion?
I’m driving for them and I will say that the transportation department seems to be going downhill fast.
Newer drivers are getting less than 200 miles per day (if even that) and the warehouse seems to be undergoing some type of pay transition that is causing up to 30 warehouse workers per day to simply walk out and quit.
Morale is bad amongst drivers and getting worse. The future doesn’t look so good at the moment.
Need some names
