But wooly he doesn't have the waiver, if he did, then he would not be here asking questions. It isn't wrong to ask but the dot doc should have explained it to him.
The other thing is that I heard but didn't confirm is the doc shopping will end soon if there is a failed dot and the driver has some of these issues which require a waiver.

Yeah I heard that too, but as I was told some docs will just toss the physical paper work out while if there is a waiver involved, they have to 'log' the visit.

I guess that will depend on how the rules are written. Whether or not they have to record every attempt, and the results, or just the pass.

Was told by Iowa CME that they have to submit, pass or fail, if they complete the physical. So much of my grief could have been avoided if this weren't true, since MD passed me less then 2 weeks prior.
