    Thanks for the info. I had no idea there was a whole book on the DOT physical. It seems like it's hard to get for some reason: not available through Amazon and really expensive on other sites.

    Dont eat the morning of the test, No monsters, coffee tea, just water. Get plenty of rest. make sure to take 30 minutes before the test to relax quietly.

    I tried Monsters and coffee on the way to the test, didn't work out to well.
