Find a trailer dealer... you can install them yourself... all you need is a sawzall or good sabre saw and some screws.

2X12 sound kinda small... i see ones about 4-6" wide ... mine are about 10X15 or so...

$200 is a lot of money.
I bought 4 (four) VENTS from a trailer repair shop for $12.00 a piece.
That is the price with receipt.
you might be able to find a carpenter to cut the oppenings for few bucks.

I found one for $50 in a rush, late evening because next day I had to load....onions.

Better to be done before having an "unloading surprize" for no vents.

    Good luck
