    So mechanical issues. And he actually refused to fix them? That's violating an oos order. Major consequences for him and the carrier. Guy must of been a real winner.

    the last sentence says "I've fixed now." so I'm assuming he's got that put back in place and wants another crack at a CSA dress down, so he can get a better score on another inspection.

    he was also asking where to go to get inspected, as in which states are most likely to yank you off the scale.
