Are all of you in elogs or are some still on paper? How does that work during training, you do both in case elog goes down or what?

Everyone is on Elogs now or should be. You should keep a paper log book in the truck incase your qcom breaks or something. You would have the log dept. fax you the previous 7 days, and start on paper. You will be on elog in trainers truck.

When your saying the previous 7 days, that would be the ones prior to the qc breaking or something on their end right? Then you pick up with paper from there till its resolved, right?

Yeah they send you the last seven days which you have to transcribe onto a paper log because I believe it's federal law that you have to have the last 7 or 8 days logged and on hand at all times. Then yes, you continue to log paper until the computer gets fixed

How often you guys have a load reworked due to overweight issues? Some companies just dont cares which makes it harder on drivers.

Outside of budweiser never had one i couldnt scale legal and bud reworked it right away. Millis pays for or reimburses any scale not just cat scales so no reason to run illegal.
