Do any of you know what millis's CSA score is? Thats the one where DOT doesn't look at them has much for following the rules right? How is the HOS suppose to change and when? I've heard about this but can't find much out on the internet. Can somebody please give me baritone's youtube link, I seem to have accidentally deleted it.
By the way, Craig a recruiter from Millis is doing follow up calls to see if people are still interested in the school. Apparently they run classes every 4 weeks in cartersville. He checked my MVR and was fine with it. Have to fax somethings to him and give the money and am signed up for the class after labor day. -

FMCSA did retain the portion of the proposed rulemaking that restricts the use of the 34-hour restart provision to one time a week. But it adjusted the parameters from the proposed rulemaking somewhat. The proposed rulemaking required truckers to include two consecutive 12 midnight to 6 a.m. rest periods. The final rule narrows the rest window by two hours, requiring the two nights include 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. periods.
Breaks:
The new rule also states that truck drivers cannot drive after working eight hours without first taking a break of at least 30 minutes. Drivers can take the 30-minute break whenever they need rest during the eight-hour window.
Penalties:
Companies and drivers that commit egregious violations of the rule could face the maximum penalties for each offense. Trucking companies that allow drivers to exceed the 11-hour driving limit by 3 or more hours could be fined $11,000 per offense, and the drivers themselves could face civil penalties of up to $2,750 for each offense.
Compliance Dates: The on-duty rule changes will take effect on by Feb. 27, 2012 .On July 1, 2013, the 34-hour restart change and the rest break rule will come into effect. -

Thats the snap shot for CSA. The HoS rules as already posted take effect 7/1/13, but are already tied up in court so don't think they will take effect on that date. And by looking deeper into that we have knuckleheads who like to speed thru Indiana, guessing where it drops to 55 as its a bunch of 10+ over tickets, and a bunch of burnt out light tickets. -
I don't think your pics came through.
