Why don't you do something to make yourself more marketable? There's tons of car haulers and tankers in Florida. Why don't you do something else instead of trying to stay with what you know since what you know doesn't pay squat? Heck, pull doubles at night up into Georgia. Some LTL companies do hire owner ops.

Road runner used to be a good company. You use to be able to book outside loads whenever you wanted and they would take next to nothing of a percentage of each load. %4 for your first three broker loads than an extra %1 each time after that UNTIL you don't one of the terminal to terminal loads then it went back to the same formula %4 for 1st three brokers loads and so forth.........Now they went and purchased all of these little companies, morgan southern, Bruener, and others....now have a Lease program and plenty of suckers fall into the Lease......now all you can do is Terminal to Terminal and they broker any outside loads cheap!!!!! I left there 8 years ago...
