Why don't you do something to make yourself more marketable? There's tons of car haulers and tankers in Florida. Why don't you do something else instead of trying to stay with what you know since what you know doesn't pay squat? Heck, pull doubles at night up into Georgia. Some LTL companies do hire owner ops.

Road runner used to be a good company. You use to be able to book outside loads whenever you wanted and they would take next to nothing of a percentage of each load. %4 for your first three broker loads than an extra %1 each time after that UNTIL you don't one of the terminal to terminal loads then it went back to the same formula %4 for 1st three brokers loads and so forth.........Now they went and purchased all of these little companies, morgan southern, Bruener, and others....now have a Lease program and plenty of suckers fall into the Lease......now all you can do is Terminal to Terminal and they broker any outside loads cheap!!!!! I left there 8 years ago...

How do the trailers work at Farm2Fleet- I was told they lease to own them then when ienquired found out it is $125/wk to rent a 2009 or older trailer with $25 a week going to maintenance fund and you maintain their trailer. Now I am hearing you need to bring your own trailer?
Would love the truth on his. sounds like a great company other than this issue.
Anyone have any good lese to own trailer contacts for a 53' dry van?
