He still has to get the can out of the ramp for the tow truck to back up to it. Frankly, I don't care if he or anyone else thinks I'm going dark or devious, when it comes to containers and import/export, there is a lot of devious activity that happens, only about 1/4 to 1/3 of all cans are inspected by customs, and the "devious" types know this. Even post 9/11, with the TSA and such, there is a lot of weird things being shipped. We recently had a fireworks load that missed customs in L.A., but was tracked to Denver, before we could deliver it, it had to go to a customs clearing location here in Denver where they unloaded every single box, X-rayed a random number, then reloaded it, put a Customs seal on and released it back to us for delivery.

In other words, nothing was devious about it.

I’m curious if this ends up going ok. I always wonder how rough of a ride a load like that takes in its journey here, would the two cars just be parked inside with parking brakes on or tied down a little?
